Transformative Coach
Helping young adults navigate modern life with confidence and clarity
Why Coaching?
Do you look at others and wonder why you don’t have their confidence? Why you’ve not landed that dream job? Why you’re struggling to be heard? Why you’re worrying about things that haven’t happened? Why you can’t get on with that to do list? If only you could make a to do list!
And round and round you go
Now imagine a different you. Coaching can transform your way of thinking and behaving. Together, we can work to recognise, manage and change negative and limiting thoughts and beliefs. From this you’ll gain increased resilience, confidence and self-esteem. You’ll be investing in your emotional well-being during this critical phase of life.
Imagine a life with less anxiety and more self-assurance.
What is coaching?
Coaching is a two way purposeful conversation that offers a safe space for reflection, discovery and clarity. My role as a coach is to not only listen to what is being said but to hear what’s not. I reflect what you’re saying in a way that enables awareness of the inner voice that can be holding you back. I’ll gently challenge when necessary but will be there to help you set goals and hold you to account. I won’t have all the answers but between us we’ll find them.
Coaching isn’t a silver bullet, but if you really want to make changes it can be a truly transformative process. Working with a coach is like gaining another set of eyes and ears that enable you to see things from a different perspective, consider new possibilities and find new ways of thinking and behaving.
The most important thing between coach and client is trust and rapport. It’s an equal relationship and it’s important you find the right coach for you.
Trust, support, respect.
How to get the most out of your coaching sessions
It’s your time and investment and I want this to work for you. When you choose me as your coach be clear about how you want us to work together. The best results are achieved over a course of coaching sessions and we can discuss the best programme for you in our initial chat. You may be someone who finds it useful to be contacted between sessions to maintain motivation. That’s fine. Or you may like to let things settle. It’s your choice.
I am never there to judge. Once you get into the rhythm of coaching you’ll find it easier to recognise what’s important to you and the areas of your life where you really want change. Coaching should be an enjoyable experience; for both of us!
